Order Processing
- How do I place an order?
- You can easily place an order on our website by adding your favorite watches to your cart and proceeding to checkout. Follow the steps and complete the payment process.
- Can I cancel my order?
- You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order.
- How do I track my order?
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also log in to your account on our website to track your order.
Delivery and Return
- How long does delivery take?
- We offer free standard shipping within Belgium, which takes 2-4 business days. If you need your watch sooner, we also offer express shipping for €15, which takes 1-2 business days. For international orders, delivery time may vary depending on the destination country.
- Can I return my watch?
- Yes, you can return your watch within 15 days of receipt. Please contact us by email at contact@ourwatchbrand.com to request a return. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return, and the watch must be in its original condition. Once we receive and approve the return, we will issue a refund.
Warranty
- What does the warranty cover?
- We offer a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase for material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of purchase. The warranty covers the watch movement, hands, and dial. The warranty only applies if the warranty certificate is dated, fully and correctly completed, and stamped by an official dealer.
- What is not covered by the warranty?
- The warranty does not cover the battery life, normal wear and tear, scratches, damage from falling, impact or force, water damage if care instructions were not followed, products not purchased from an authorized dealer, unauthorised repairs, theft, wood color changes, and environmental influences such as moisture, extreme cold or heat, dust, etc.
- How do I make a claim under the warranty?
- If you believe that your watch has a defect covered by the warranty, please contact us at contact@ourwatchbrand.com with a picture of your watch, a description of the defect, and a scan of the warranty certificate. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the expenses associated with making a claim under this warranty, including postal or delivery expenses and any relevant taxes.
