Your Coyclad watch comes with a warranty for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions of the warranty. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects that existed at the time of purchase. To avail the warranty, the warranty certificate must be dated, filled out correctly and completely, and stamped by an official Coyclad dealer.
The warranty covers only the watch movement, hands, and dial during the warranty period. The warranty does not cover glass damage, battery life, normal wear and tear, scratches, damage from falling, impact or force, unauthorized repairs, theft, wood color changes, and environmental influences (moisture, extreme cold or heat, dust, etc.), especially damage caused by moisture and water. For example, the warranty for water resistance of 3ATM does not resist showers or similar water contact, and Coyclad advises customers not to put their watches in contact with water to preserve them to the maximum.
To make a claim under the warranty, please send us an email at contact@Coyclad.com with a picture of your watch, a description of the defect, and a scan of the warranty certificate. If you purchased the watch online, please provide a copy of your order confirmation as well. Please note that you will be responsible for the expenses associated with making a claim under this warranty, including postal or delivery expenses and any relevant taxes.
